The center not only awards the enterprise the title of 'energy-saving and emission reduction committed enterprise', but also vigorously promotes the enterprise through the center platform, and utilizes the advantages of the center's technology and financial platforms to provide services for optimizing energy utilization level and enhancing enterprise competitiveness But at the same time, he also emphasized that all enterprises that have signed the "Commitment Letter" must truthfully report the enterprise's energy utilization situation survey to the center once a year. If the enterprise's energy utilization rate does not decrease but increases within one year, or provides false reports, the center will revoke the honorary title granted to the enterprise in the next year.
According to statistics, the current energy consumption per unit of GDP in China is about 1.2 tons of standard coal, which is 3-4 times the world average. By conserving energy and reducing emissions, China's industrial production costs will be greatly reduced, and the world competition level of Chinese enterprises and even the national economy will be enhanced.
